What does the moving service include?
The moving service covers carrying furniture and belongings from your old home to the new one, loading and unloading boxes and items, placing belongings correctly in the new home, and where needed, disassembling and reassembling furniture for transport.
Does the service include a moving van?
Our moving service provides labour assistance: professionals help with carrying and organising. A moving van can be rented separately or arranged with the moving helper for an additional fee. Let us know the volume of belongings when booking so we can recommend the right solution.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially around end of month when moves are most common. Shorter notice bookings are taken subject to availability, so check in the app.
How is the price calculated?
Moving help is billed by the hour. The price depends on the number of helpers, duration of work, and any additional services such as furniture disassembly or carrying special items. You will receive an estimate when booking.
Are belongings insured during the move?
Our professionals work carefully and liability insurance covers damage caused during the work. Let us know in advance about valuables or particularly fragile items so extra care can be taken.
Do you also help with packing?
Packing assistance is available as an add-on service. Our professionals can help pack belongings into boxes before the move or unpack in the new home. Mention this when booking.

How does ordering work?
Choose a service, pick a time that suits you and confirm the order. The price is shown upfront and there are no quotes to request. A professional arrives at your door at the agreed time.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled securely through Servido. You can pay with a credit card, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Klarna. You are not charged until the work is done and you are satisfied with the result.
Do the services come with a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. All services booked through Servido include a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the quality does not meet what was agreed, we arrange a free revisit or issue a refund. New customers get up to 200 euros extra protection on their first order.
Can I claim the household tax deduction?
Yes, most Servido services qualify for the household tax deduction (kotitalousvähennys). All the necessary details are saved automatically in the app: the invoice, itemized labor portion, company business ID and payment details. You can enter the information directly into OmaVero when filing your tax return.
Who does the work?
The work is done by a local and verified professional. All Servido professionals are registered in the prepayment register and their backgrounds have been checked. The service is always carried out according to the service description.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge through the app. Cancellation terms are included in the order confirmation.
