Pricing depends on the total length of the silicone seams: under 5 m 327 €, 5–10 m 437 €, 10–15 m 527 €, 15–20 m 626 €, 20–25 m 726 € and 25–30 m 826 €. Materials and supplies are included.
How often should silicone seams be replaced?
We recommend replacing the silicone seams every 3–7 years. It's also worth doing if the seams look darkened, detached or mouldy. By then water is already reaching the structures.
How long does the work take?
A typical bathroom silicone replacement takes 2–4 hours depending on the total seam length and the bathroom's layout.
Do I need to prepare the bathroom?
Please make sure the room is clean and dry when the installer arrives. The installer takes care of the mid- and final-clean around the seams.
How long should the silicone cure before use?
Let the new silicone cure for at least 24 hours before using the room, so the seam stays tight and durable.
Can you also replace the sauna silicones during the same visit?
Yes. Sauna silicones can be replaced during the same visit. Mention this when booking so we can size the order correctly.
What about mosaic tiles or natural stone?
Mosaic tiles, natural stone or other unusual surfaces require a separate quote. Get in touch via the form before booking.
What if the installer is late?
There is a one-hour buffer inside the booked slot. If the installer doesn't arrive within the window we refund 25 % of the installation price.
