Frequently asked questions
What does the bathroom deep clean include?
Tiles and grout, descaling the shower corner and taps, toilet, mirrors, cabinet surfaces and cleaning the floor drain. The deep clean is done on top of the package’s cleaning hours.
How do regular cleaning and the January benefit work?
The Christmas clean does not commit you to anything. If you want to continue, start regular cleaning after the Christmas clean and your January cleaning is –50%. Regular cleaning has a 1 month notice period.
How does the curtain wash work?
The provider takes the curtains down and washes them during the cleaning visit. The clean curtains are rehung on a second visit, agreed separately. Both visits are included in the €99 price.
What if my home needs more time?
Mention it in the Description field of your order and we will agree on extra hours and their price before the work starts.
Do I get the household tax credit?
Yes. Cleaning and home work qualify for the household tax credit. You get an itemised breakdown on the invoice.
