Privacy Policy

This privacy notice has been prepared for the processing of personal data collected in connection with the operations of Servido Oy. The notice is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection legislation.

Servido Oy’s customer and marketing register

We collect and process personal data in order to:

  • provide and deliver our services through the website and mobile applications
  • maintain customer relationships and customer communications
  • develop and improve our services
  • carry out direct marketing to customers who have not separately opted out

The legal bases for processing are:

  • the consent given by the data subject
  • the legitimate interest of the data controller, such as managing customer relationships and marketing services

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data Stored in the Register

The register may contain, for example, the following data:

  • name and contact details (address, email, phone number)
  • payment and invoicing information
  • information about ordered services and their delivery
  • feedback and reviews provided by the user
  • technical data collected from the use of the website and mobile applications (e.g. IP address, device information, cookies and analytics)

The primary source of data is the user themselves. We may also receive data from payment service partners.

Servido Oy does not collect personal identity codes.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

6. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the functionality of the service, improve user experience and for statistical purposes. Users can manage the use of cookies in their browser settings.

7. Disclosure and Transfer of Data

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except in cases required for the provision of services (e.g. payment service providers).

Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA. All cloud services and servers we use are located within the EU/EEA area.

8. Data Security

Personal data is processed with care and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to the data is restricted to those persons for whom it is necessary for their work duties.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • find out what data about them has been stored
  • request the correction of incorrect or outdated data
  • withdraw their consent at any time
  • request the deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • request the restriction of processing in certain situations
  • transfer data from one system to another in a structured format
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman)
