The moving service covers carrying furniture and belongings from your old home to the new one, loading and unloading boxes and items, placing belongings correctly in the new home, and where needed, disassembling and reassembling furniture for transport.
Does the service include a moving van?
Our moving service provides labour assistance — professionals help with carrying and organising. A moving van can be rented separately or arranged with the moving helper for an additional fee. Let us know the volume of belongings when booking so we can recommend the right solution.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially around end of month when moves are most common. Shorter notice bookings are taken subject to availability — check in the app.
How is the price calculated?
Moving help is billed by the hour. The price depends on the number of helpers, duration of work, and any additional services such as furniture disassembly or carrying special items. You will receive an estimate when booking.
Are belongings insured during the move?
