People aged 15–24 living in the Helsinki metropolitan area or nearby municipalities. No prior work experience required.

Reward averages up to 14+ €/h with the bonus included. E.g. 70 h = 900 € + 100 € bonus = 1,000 €, 140 h = 1,800 € + 200 € bonus = 2,000 €.

You work as a light entrepreneur through Omapaja. Servido offers you gigs that you can browse and book at times that suit your schedule.

When you've completed a job, we report your reward to Omapaja on your behalf every two weeks. Omapaja then pays it directly into your bank account.

Omapaja's invoicing service handles the billing of your work. You work in an entrepreneurial way without needing your own business ID. Omapaja withholds a 3% service fee from your reward. The service fee includes accident, liability and legal-expenses insurance.

You should have work clothes suitable for the task and be ready for physical work. The actual tools and supplies, however, are provided by the customer.

In practice this means, for example, that brushes and paints, rakes or lawn mowers come from the customer. Your job is to show up, do the work carefully, and leave a good result behind.

Flyer distribution is optional, but it pays off. Once you're approved as a worker, you'll receive 500 Servido flyers to hand out in your own neighbourhood. You can drop them in letterboxes or knock on doors — the boldest workers have found that a short chat with a neighbour brings far better results than a flyer through the slot.

The logic is simple: orders are automatically routed to the nearest available worker. The more people in your area who know about Servido, the more likely the next order comes to you. Roughly one in ten flyers presented at the door brings in a new customer — so 500 flyers means about 50 potential customers from your own area.
